Hi Im not sure if this is the right area for this but i need feedback so presume so. Im in the process of creating a weight loss ebook, it is going to be very extensive and detailed and will definatly be a hit. Now my plan is to release it for free, and get people to sponser its production. in return they get exposure to their site to potentially thousands of people. I will also go on an agressive marketing campaign, advertising on youtube, forums, blogs all over really and am pretty confident this ebook will spread to hundreads and hopefully thousands of people. My question is would people actually be willing to sponser the ebook? and also If i leave a donate button next to the download link would people donate. Do you have any experience and know what to expect. Or do you think I should just sell the ebook rather than give it away for free. Im not really a fan of the second option as I dont like the idea of having to pay for information on the net
I think you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who will sponsor this idea. Look at the industry you're in-You may find your idea "unique" but it will be hard to seperate it from the thousands of other "unique" weight loss programs online. Good luck!
But im pretty sure i can get my idea out to thosands of people. Mainly because i am going to promote this on my site which gets upwards of 400 hits (and increasing) and in addition i can leverage some forums I am contact with that I know from experience will send hundreads of people my way. I thin on through my own promotion skills i can achieve 1000 downloads. Once the ebook is out there. Because it is free word of mouth will take over. Btw when i talk about sponsership im not talking about hundreads of dollars im talking about £2-3n per sponser for standard links which tbh is not much and £10 for premium links (only 3 of these)
