Buying Need Some Expert Reliable Developers !!

    Hello,

    My Name is Ruchir Pahuja. I run a web development business in India. I am a web developer myself but these days I do have some regular flow of work and I often need to work with programmers online in order to handle the extra load.

    I can give some regular work but the service needs to be something that I can completely rely and trust on. My definition for reliable here is :

    1. Quality Work
    2. Timely Delivery (You choose the deadline but stay on it)
    3. Decently low prices (I expect special discounts because of the quantity of work. But, at the same time I don't over-do that.)
    4. Keep me updated. (Don't just run away without informing, when I need you)

    I've had bad experiences where people just stop replying to my emails for days during the middle of a project and sometimes they never come back.

    Professional attitude is a necessary condition.

    Here is the work we generally have for you :
    • CMS Customization, themes, plugins - Wordpress, Joomla,etc
    • E-Commerce Customizations, themes, extensions - Magento, Opencart, etc
    • Sometimes, PHP Frameworks like Code Igniter, Zend,etc
    • The above involves services like PSD to CMS/E-Commerce/HTML
    In case you are from Delhi, India... We are looking to hire fulltime developers too. You can let me know if interested.

    I generally work over skype and like people who can keep me updated over chat always.

    You might as well try posting the job requirements on Odesk, Elance or other online marketplaces that hire full time workers like Staff.com. I’m pretty sure you will be able to get quality web designers/developers at a very affordable rate.
