Need some editing done to custom Wordpress theme

    I have a custom wordpress theme (custom coded) and need a few edits to it. The site is linked to VBulletin via VB mod (if that is of any importance).

    What I need done:
    Get rid of comments box on wordpress, and have a link to [Discuss in Forums] (which will redirect user to thread in Vbulletin to post comments),

    Add EXCERPT template from wordpress to my current design ( tutorial on how to do this here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/the_excerpt)

    Add [Read More] and [Discuss in Forums] on each blog post.

    Easy job if you know what your doing, and have experince. Will pay via paypal, taking best offers and going with lowest/ideal/best price.
