I recently opened up my own Slipknot related site at MaggotSource.com and I would like to know how I could get it on Google's first page when you search "Slipknot". I don't know much about Google Page Rank and stuff like that and I have been reading around the forums and picking up a few things here and there but I would like some clarification on what I should do. Thanks.
Yes, you could be for that you need to wait for such a long time, IMO, One Phrase keyword never target your business. e.g. i am providing seo services, ok. Than i do target the keyword "SEO" than it's not possible, i need to compete with the companies, as well as article directories, blogs, forums and many more. Keep in mind one phrase keyword is always generic.
It's not a smart practice to say you do SEO services but can't target "SEO", just a friendly tip from a fellow SEO consultant.
you got a point there. not too smart to say what you can't. always say what you can. besides, its not tru that its not possible to target the KW "SEO." there are sites that are ranked high and on the first page. it was possible for them. maybe its not possible for everyone, but its not true that this is impossible.
Talk about cybersquatting Your main search term has approx 15.8m results. That'll take a lot of hard work, but is achievable within a year, I'd say.
