I am making wholesale online store of shawls and scarves in html. I want to put buy now button of paypal, but i have seen we cannot charge shipping country wise and weight wise. How can i do so with paypal or any other wayout.

I have used PayPal parameters to set up different prices based on the type and count of services requested by us. This required customization of PayPal buttons. I believe you should be able to change the shipping also this way by sending it as a parameter. So basically you will need to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and country in your own way and finally send to PayPal. Check the PayPal docs for customizing Pay button parameters.
what is that? it is another accont, we can make on paypal. If yes, once we open the account... will be able to change the shipping country wise and weight wise according of paypal button which we want to use on our wholesale online store....?????
I was talking about Account Type. But still, I don`t think You can make that with PayPal. Maybe try Business PayPal Account and see what happens.
