Need some design work done

    on my site www.nationsubmit.com, i want to get a new look for my side navigation bar, using the same links and colors but just a different look. Also i want to make it so the same navigation bar will be static for the whole site. Right now its a seperate html file for each page. If possible i can exchange my submission services as some of the payment, i can pay some $$ but want to keep it cheaper. Its not a whole site design just the navigation. please pm me with your information or on msn.
