Need Some Design Help

What do you suggest I do to improve this layout?

I need to put a search bar in there somewhere too. Any suggestions?

The "Forgot: Username | Password" is out of place in Firefox and the blue outline in the middle video is kinda annoying.

put the search right above the login area in the blue navigation bar.

gotta agree with both of them...search should go in navbar, or maybe a new 'block' under then login part might work too...

Looks like a header is missing.. try adding a blue header above your link bar.

 

i was thinking of replacing 'watch upload share' with a 'Captain Funny' logo. Gotta make great use of that space.

Does Vista put arrows under input boxes? I know someone on Vista that has a messed up login box because he has some arrows under his input boxes.

i would suggest " do not copy other sites, try to make something new.". for me it looks exactly like youtube style type. sorry if i am mistaken.
