Need some CSS/HTML extracted from a vB theme and put into a static page.

    I purchased a vB skin for a project and need some CSS and xHTML extracted from the design and arranged into a static page that I can use on my main page. I'd do it myself, but I'm busy with other parts of the project and my CSS is rusty. All I need is the header part of the design extracted and arranged into an html page and separate stylesheet without the clutter. I'll pay whoever can do this for me $15.
