Need some color recommendations?

High I need some color contrast color recommendations.

I am working on the ugliest joomla template ever. it can be found at www.quantumboredom.com

actually i want it to be readable and useable so I need color contrast for the header bars and the text areas.

The point is for it to overall be bad colors together but for each module position to be a nice blend unto itself. So the contrast between backgrounds , texts and headers should look good and individual.

So like a really tacky yet somehow attractive site.

wow, that is really bad. i like to stick to pastel type colours, they are easy on the eye and try not to use too many colours. i limit myself to 2-3 colours.

 

i am purposely trying to make it bad overall but i want the color in each column and module position to blend well
