    I need a graphic a character with glasses, to use as a logo for a website.
    Can any one help to find free or really cheap graphic

    You could try holding a contest in the contest section of this forum.
    I don't know what your budget is, but even if it is like $5-10 and your requirements aren't too demanding you should be able to find some help.
