Need some automated Link Management tool

    I have a lot of manually bought links and wanna automate the process of their source presence checking and payment for the prolongation of the links placement (with some PAYPAL integrated API).

    I can go on also with free and shareware solutions.

    The best solutions I have found have tended to be paid solutions. Are you interested in those or just free ones?
