I have a dedicated 64 bit windows 2003 server. Its going to go down in two weeks. Can somebody advice me on how to put it to some good use (or make some gains from it ). Nothing is presntly being hosted on the server.
If it is hooked up to fast connection and all set up to go you could either create a big new web 2.0 website, sell it, or create a hosting company with it as your roots, it could make a good VPS or shared.
Not too much that you can do with a dedicated server in two weeks -- maybe help seed for your favorite Linux distribution's torrents?
Yeah, if you don't want to make money out of it and you don't have to pay anything for it then just do something like a linux mirror, it benefits everyone.
