    how have you made some sales with no one to click through it? That doesn't make any sense...

    I would try email marketing, not just to make those traffic to re-visit your website again in the future, but you can sell them with building trust and relationship overtime.

    You Want to Write Valuable Content on the Blog and at the end of the post Do a Call to Action. Make Sure You are masking your links on the blog like Want to Learn More about xyz? Click here! Then Link up your link on the click here. Also Include a PS Line Using the same strategy. For example I had a PS Which Said "Join Here For Free" and it converted Very Well . Because I learned that People do not read the content 9 out of 10 times and just look for a PS Line and then they click on that link.
