I sold a website on here not long ago, the money was sent, and in exchange I sent the domain, files, database and set them up on my server for free. Just recently, the payment was marked as fraud and the money has been sent back to the sender, I have proof of everything (chat logs, screenshots, etc) of the guy sending the money, agreeing to send the money and me transferring the files and domain. However, PayPal do not care for my proof. They say it's fraud and there's nothing that can be done. I've mentioned to them that it's silly, the bloke has got his money back and my website. They still do not care. How easy was that? All he had to do was say that he didn't authorize the papyment and gets his money straight back! And now my paypal account has a huge negative value and I've lost my website. Is there anything I can do? The guy no longer replies on Digital Point, despite being online yesterday Thanks!

I have almost the same situation, but my buyer didn't send me last payment. He is not even replying me. That's really shitty and makes me so mad..
It does suck, it's stupid! How can they claim the payment is unauthorized if I have chat logs and screenshots of him sending and agreeing to send the money!?
