I just picked up a very nice domain that is Geo Specific - It could definetly compete for a city portal of some sort in a large city located in the US. What should I do? Scripts - Website Examples - Etc.. What is going to be the easiest best way to monetize this site? Portal ? Blog .. etc.. What do you guys think?
