Need some advice

Hi, I have a doubt about adsense. I own a paid to click site and didn't know it was against their tos. I mean I've read the tos a few times but didn't find the exact words where they say they don't allow a ptc site. Only that I can't encourage people to click. Anyway I removed the adsense code right away. Good thing they didn't ban me, and I'm surprised they accepted the site.

Now I plan to start a blog and use adsense there but there are $20 left my account. I think it would be fair if they were substracted. Oh and to add something, the clicks were not forced and that amount was made in 1-1,5 months and I didn't click any so they were all valid. I wanted to contact them but didn't find any support email, only questions and answers and the support forum so I asked my question there and someone said I can use adsense again without any problem and if it was a problem they would have banned me already. But I don't want to risk it, so maye someone here knows better. Can I use my account again like nothing happened? They will see the source of the clicks and I don't want to get banned when I reach the payout.

ps: While reading some older post here I found the contact email, great forum :)
So now my only question is the one above. What do you think I should do? Explain the situation and tell them to substract the money or continue like nothing happened? Thanks is advance.

Well, your choices are to stop using Adsense forever, or just keep using and see what happens, knowing there is a small risk that your account could be banned. You are probably OK if your new blog doesn't violate any of the Program Policies (which you should reread again very carefully - the "no pay to click sites" rule is listed under the Content Guidelines. Get more detailed explanations here).

Your best bet is to not use adsense on such a site. Never.

I would not risk being banned over a silly paid to click site, maybe move on from that and concentrate on a better niche / site, Best of luck Darl

Yeah. If you get banned all of your other future sights (that you might want to build legitimately) will be banned. Just play by the rules.
