Hey, I need some advice from you guys that are signed up to cpa networks.
I'm not another guy asking how to make money btw. I have a few good ideas my problems is getting into the networks and im wondering about some legal issues.

    1. I live in Canada, am I allowed to sign up?
    2. I am not a Canadian resident yet, still waiting for my papers so I dont have a SIN# which I see allot of them require when signing up.
    3. Do you have to pay tax or something on the money you get from these networks?
    4. What are they looking for when they consider your application? I tried to signup for CPAlead yesterday and I got denied. Which kinda websites do they prefer.
    5. Do they all work the same and see each other as competition or would it be good if they know you are signed up for multiple networks?

I would appreciate any help , Thanks.

    CA is not a problem.

I think that Neverblue is a very good NW, maxbounty is ok too, so is copeac.

I didnt have problems getting into any of those - and the AMs are very friendly.

When they call you..well..just dont freak out. They want to know what your traffic sources are, tell them you are doing Adwords and you buy banner space, things like that. It might not hurt to say that a majority of your traffic is USA traffic, either.
It shouldnt be a big deal at all to get into those networks.
