Ok. I am quite new at managing a directory so I want to get some input on my approval policy.. Generally I don't approve any MFA sites.. they are generally of poor quality.. But how about the "made for amazon" variant.. Generally they are a better quality than MFA sites.. And I've came some really good ones.. Meaning good catagorization, good layout, targeted niche etc... What are your oppinion on these kind of sites... Are they any value for the users? DO you allow them in your directory?
i would say no, there is no difference between MFAdsense and MFAmazon. about the approval guideline, design is most important for my directories.
What about made for ebay. I get tons of submissions from those too I approve some of them if they have a unique type of niche.
Approve those sites who follow the Google guidelines and proper from seo point of view like development, designing and marketing of the site.
Content is the key, design although important is secondary, some of the worst looking sites have had the better content. It will always be your call, most people on here have adopted this mfa phrase but in reality a lot of extremely good sites use it to generate revenue. Go by your instincts.
Made for amazon = no Made for Adsense = no Made for ebay affiliate ads = no Made for a combination of affiliate ads where theres more affiliate content than original content = no
Volunteer with one of the volunteer edited directories and they will gladly train you how to correctly edit; you will also learn how to run a good directory.
