Hello Guys, I need your advice. I'm planning to make a US real estate website business it's kind of for sale by owner website but i'm not from US. I want agent or brokers from US to pay me for the advertising, example they pay me per listing of their property listed on the site. Do i need to pay US tax? or anything? Pls I need your advice. thank's
