Need some advice about my layout!

Whats up everyone I'm in the process of building a brand
new website. I'm finally going to go into the internet marketing
niche and this is the website thats going to do it.

Its very early stages so right now I have some dummy text in there
but what I need to know from you guys is what do you think of
the layout/theme.

I need to know if its good before I commit to it. Because if a lot
of people think its bad I will probably find a better one. So
what should I do keep it or scrap it?
