You can go to link sale section and ask for quality links.

well, if you are looking for high PR then the solution is only to buy links. :)

For quality links you can write article of 300-400 words and submit it in top 10 or 20 directories with 2 links to your website in BIO section.

PR of these article will come in next update :)

Since you are already looking to buy them, it would be a good idea to head straight to link sale section, and inform via a thread requesting for PR number of your choice along with your desired niche. I am sure you will get good quality offers! :)

I believe and I am sure you would agree that a link to a website from MSN’s Encarta website (for example) would be a high authority link.

Scenario: promoting a jewellery website online

If you do a search on MSN Encarta for ‘keysilver jewellery’

This not surprisingly returns no Encarta entries but Encarta displays related msn search results which appear to be clean links to the keysilver website.

If I link to the Encarta page from somewhere using the following link. (the Encarta search page)

    http://uk.encarta.msn.com/encnet/refpages/search.aspx?q=keysilver+jewellery

I have effectively got a link from the Encarta website to the jewellery store?

It looks like it to me.

This technique is also true of many other High authority sites.

Links from Encarta in this way do show up in Google backlinks both from the Link operator and in webmaster tools, so it appears to count.

Your thoughts would be both highly regarded and appreciated.
