Need sokme simple CSS programming:

    I have a site, and I need a simple design change using CSS. This is the site:

    and I want it to look like this:

    http://answers.madpage.com/demo

    I don't want the extra content on the madpage site, just the general design aspects, including a small piece of art at the top that I would be able to designate that would probably be at the top of all the pages.

    Adsense in the same locations.
