Need software/script/tool for "flash tv "

I want streaming flash animated clips. I need some tool for streaming online flash as if streaming on tv. Is there any ? Or can any one create /develope one ? I prefer ready one.

i dont think flash is considered to be a "stream"
its just a flash animation download

 

Oh its out there.. Flash is the #1 viewed video format online. Now if you want live streaming thats going to cost Money. If you just want to upload files to your site for people to watch its cheep just get flash professional. I used that on my prot that you can take a look at under my profile
