Need Software Created ASAP!!

Hello Everyone,

I am about to launch a large network of websites and I would like to know if any of you are able to create security software for me to sell on my website. I know what I want, and how it will work, I just need a quote and to have it created.

I am looking urgently because the person I believed was going to do it has wasted my time.

Before a quote you need to tell us what exactly you want (A security software can range from a blowfish algo implementation) to a cisco firewall ,

And what timeframe you are looking

 

I dont mind about the time frame (although the sooner the better)

I am wanting a parental control security software so parents can monitor and control there childs actions online
