Need soemone to make a easy paypal ipn script - 20$

I need someone to make a ipn script for me. There will be 3 different amounts you can pay. 10$ , 20$, & 30$
For 10$ u get 1 ticket
For 20$ u get 2 Tickets
For 30$ u get 3 tickets
Then once the payment has been made the script will check the payment has been made and it will ask you for your character id and the you type it and and then it will insert:

Into the mysql database. But makesure it will get the characterid from the form. ALso where it says amount read where it says for 10$ u get 1 ticket. So the amount would be 1 for 10$ 2 for 20$ 3 for 30$

you guys shouldn't ask so much for something like that its 10 lines of code and implementation of open source code..

 

there are many ways to implement paypal ipn, but I do not use the open source one.
