Need SMS Subscription Service advice

    Hi,

    I am looking to charge visitors for access to my site. Basically the set up is this:
    - user comes to the site and is asked for his cell phone number
    - an SMS is sent to the phone and the subscription to the site is created
    - while the subscription is not canceled, the user has all the access to the site.

    Real life example: http://www.the-quote-site.com/ - please visit to have a look.

    Anyway, my question is: who provides such payment solution? what are their fees? does anyone has a first hand experience and willing to share?
