there are 3 major provider in Philippines but for now that's what I have.

 

are they free or do u have to pay ?

 

there are free but when you exceed to the limit you need to upgrade.

 

So For the mean time u can use a free package and if there is need to upgrade then u can probably upgrade.

You can just setup your own SMS service (just like magtxt.com) within the philippines and you don't need to subscribe to sms gateways too, you only need: 1xPC, 3xPhone with datacable (sim from smart, globe and sun) or 3x3G Dongle (Huawei with 3 sim) and opensource software gammu. Then subscribe to UNLITXT to each SIM (unlimited txt for about .35 cents per day). You also need some script so your website can talk to your PC. or your PC can talk to your website.
