Buying Need small Word press site builder - $3 per site

    Im looking for WP MNS site builder for on going project, Designer must have ,

    1) well experienced with Word press,
    2) and build site for Micro niche Designing , (sample -http://ps3gamingheadset.org/ )
    3) we provide everything, (Contents, theme,domain, hosting)

    willing to pay $3 per site,
