$10 per small task then i assume?

If your qualified to deem them quick you should be qualified to fix it yourself ...

This is not necessarily true, if that were the case than why do most menial jobs get filled? There are some things which people generally accept as "small" even if they do not know how or have the time to fix these things. Maybe he wants things done like changing the color or style of the font on a page. That would certainly be small by anyone's standards, that does not mean anyone hiring for minor CSS changes should know CSS. Maybe the OP has hired for these tasks numerous times before and has learned how "small" the changes are.

Not sure why you have to have an attitude towards someone looking to hire, you get more flies with honey. :D

Because those jobs are taken by in-experienced Indians.

I personally never even consider a job where the client tells me the price. Such clients think they know your job better then you in 99% of all cases and are generally just a huge headache.

I am not sure what my end game is but I have been churning stuff out for free for folks cus I am sick of people charging a dollar an hour to write literal logic code. This place has literally gone entirely mad.
