Need small modification of code for WP - easy 20$

I want to display one type of ad for visitors from websites I define and different ads for everyone else. I need this to work with Wordpress.

Basicly, I need something like this:

if visitors from website1.com, website2.com
include ad1.php
else
echo " " (nothing)

PHP:

And also this:

if visitors from website1.com, website2.com
echo " " 
else
include ad2.php

PHP:

This way I can use these snippets more than ones, not just in if/esle - ad1/ad2

Websites I need this for, display iframe over my website so need this to work this way too - not just if they send visitor directly to my website.

I found two solutions but both need to be modified and you can use them as starting point:
