I have a problem with the 120x600 banner in my inline posts. Its only showing the problem in the FireFox and Opera browsers. I haven't checked any other browser except AOL. It shows correctly how I want it in AOL but the FireFox and Opera browsers shows a few pixel more space below the banner. I am willing to pay a few dollars to tell me how to correct this please. Also, I need a quick recommendation on how to space text away from the side of the banner so the text doesn't seem so congested on the banner. Like I said, I'm willing to pay a few dollars for some help.
decrease the height , and by the way Opera is the best browser and it always show correctly it might be problem in your AOL browser
^^ No actually, AOL is showing it correctly, Opera and Firefox aren't showing it correctly... I keep reading people say that Firefox and Opera has "whitespaces" that may be causing this? Any input?
you should remove the borders which are appearing around this ad...this is the only best way to do this.
^^ Not possible, the one piece of CSS code runs all of the image surrounding borders. I'm getting real frustrated now to be honest...
dont get frustrated just create different css for this ad and 1 css for the rest of other ads and borders
^^ I would but I can't seem to get it right. I tried creating a new CSS and aligning the CSS to the right so the text fits AROUND the banner but I just can't do it. And the site was supposed to be released yesterday but it wasn't and STILL isn't because I'm trying to get this stupid error fixed first. Could someone please tell me if by what they see, can you code a css piece for the Firefox and Opera browser allowing the banner to fit in the same way that it does in AOL and IE6?
Do you know how to use Firebug or firefox. It tells you exactly what CSS is controlling the section by just putting your mouse over the displayed page. You do need to set up the borders for the banner area separate from your whole page it seems. Hard to help since I am not seeing the image.
It uses a "post image" tag. Basically, the tag is .post img that it uses. All of the images in all of the posts use the same CSS (.post img) I've tried to give the banner space a designated CSS of its own, and although it worked, I could not get the banner to align itself to the right. I tried to place it inside of a table that was set to be aligned right, but not even that worked (well, it did, but it gave it a border even though I defined it to have 0 border so there must be a CSS code trggering that one.) How can I align the border to the right of the text?
