Need Skype name to contact Paypal

I want to downgrade my premier to personal,since i already have a business account in paypal

I have been requesting them for some time,till now-i hv got no response or any acknowledgment for the mails that i sent

Browsing for similar problems in this forum,many have said to contact them directly via Phone or skype

Im from India,and cant be on on hold for 10-15 mins,since i know how the US companies put hold for long times(I was working for a US call centre,so know all these workflows)

So guys can anyone tell me the Skype names of the persons who are in charge of the account department

I EXPECT SPECIFIC ANSWERS ONLY,PLS DONT SAY AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET THE NUMBER FROM THEIR WEBSITE-I SAID I DONT NEED THEIR NUMBER

 

I believe what the rest here recommend is to either use your phone to call Paypal via IDD or use Skype-Out to call the Paypal number. I don't think they are referring to contacting paypal via the Skype-to-Skype service.

Top up your Skype account with credits so you can do a call out to them.

 

I have tried searching for people on Skype by using the search query as Paypal

It found results like Paypal_harry,paypal_lousie,paypal_xxx & so on

It did also display paypal_(somename)IDC-India
So i think Paypal has got some R&D centre in India,probably Chennai,becoz the username of that skype account seems to be more of a Indian-Tamil name

So will it be possible to call any1 of the users listed by the name Paypal?

Guys,if you have skype,you too can check it out,search for paypal and it will show all skype users with name paypal

 

According to reply i got from PayPal on 4th April. the Downgrade system is still not fixed (I have been requesting them 2/3 times a for last 3-4 months but they always reply the same, not technically possible)

You can also use yahoo voice,u will be charged $0.01/minute only.

 

You can also use the free trial calls of voipbuster or voipstunt.

 

you can use ICALL it's free for 5 min . you dont have to upgrade it just sign it and can make an call to USA
but some times the voice is not audible.

 

I don't think downgrade is so simple, i mean paypal is always problematic for its users, don't know why?

I have seen a lot of users who have problems with paypal.

I will suggest to use, skype for calling paypal, may be you can use Voip free call to paypal.
If you face problems with paypal then the better way is to make them calls day and night, because when ever you make a call their representative wil just say three words "Sir wait for 24 hours" ,,,, and i have experienced that for about two months, when i was having problem in my paypal.

So best of luck and keep calling paypal.

I wouldn't discuss any personal information with any Skype users. You should contact them directly.
