We have a PSD design that we need to have coded for our store/membership site. We will need to integrate the design that we currently have and make changes to the CSS in order to get the design correct. Also some custom programming might be needed in order to add products and do other things. Please give me a rough estimate on what you charge to build a custom theme based on a Photoshop file. Also an hourly rate on CSS and PHP programming would help me as well.
