    the header colors are nice but a bit heavy

    there are no HOVER effects for top links, add some, it will also have the action thing in the site.

    and I think the colors need to be changed, don't know what to say, but that's my idea, either its to dark or to heavy as Tyler Banfield said

    I think it'll really turn people away quick, since the first thing you see is ads. Try maybe putting up reviews or something with a text link. Otherwise i think it looks good. Good Luck
