Need site redesigned to look more professional: HTML and some CSS

    That is the site. It is mainly HTML coded with some CSS. It does have template files to make it easier.

    What i am looking for:
    American designer
    No more than $65.00
    Professional design (I don't really have any requirements)
    To be done in 7 days
