Need site layout

    I posted in the wrong section earlier. But I need a simple nice design. I want it to be red, white. It's for www.mylilurl.com I will pay $5 for it, since that's all left in my paypal. It has to be the hole width. And ill also need the PSD after.

    I don't mean to offend you but $5 is a bit of a joke (especially when you're requesting the psd itself). If you don't have the money, you should try offering your services first, or better yet start up MSPaint and use notepad to make yourself the layout for free.
