Need site engine recommendation

I have a new blog/site idea and a url registered. This won't be a typical blog though. Rather than text and a few pictures I'll have several kinds of media to deliver to the viewer:

    Video clips
    Pictures
    Audio soundbites
    Text

    (In that order)

I CURRENTLY use wordpress and love the elegance and ease of use. I will have categories just like a typical blog, but some will contain video clips, audio clips, still images etc...

Would a modified version of WP do the trick or is there some other engine?

Quite seriously, engines that porn sites use would most likely be right on target for delivering the content (but the content isn't porn).

I think a better question might be:
How much trouble would it be to get wp to do this?

Much as I hate to recommend them (since I can't figure out where to sign up for their aff program <G>), it might be worth looking into squarespace.com.

Definitely more painful to use than squarespace, but I'm pretty sure you can do what you're looking for without too much pain. (Don't blame me if it's not right...I'd much rather use WP).

Well I don't need hosting as I'm a virtual web host. So I can do all the hosting already...

I know WP and I bet it would do well with some tweaking. I'm looking also into using mambo. I'll need mods for that and some are a total pain.

    Leaning toward WP.
