Hello, I need a site completely redesigned. It is a clan site: qmclan.com. We are looking to expand, and I plan to get rid of all the current content. Would like it to turn out something more like Spawnpoint. Not in a hurry, I want to take this slow. I will be purchasing either vB or IPB for the site as well and will need a skin for which ever I choose. I want ads but not so many as to take away from the experience. Will need download section, etc... Our current theme utilizes black and red but it doesn't have to resemble this at all. Checking account is a little low right now but I'm guessing job will go for $100-150 or something close to that. Thanks in advance. Have looked at a template from surreal-media.com shown here. This is similar to what I want but It is too busy. I like the layout though. Also too dark, and I don't want too much flash.
