Need site design and logo.

Hello. I am working on a site called CuckooCash.com.

What I would like is a professional looking layout and logo. The site will be running on premade GPT software, so what I need is a layout that will work well with this. You can tell us whatever you think the best software would be. Please use www.cashcrate.com as an example

I would like the theme to include a bird... Maybe a red one, but I am giving you freedom to do whatever you think looks best.
