Buying Need site created and logo design

    I am in need of a website designer to create me a working website for my new business. Due to the cost of starting a business I need to keep costs down, however I still will pay a reasonable price for a website that meets my needs.

    The site will be approx 7 pages.

    I will need a section for customers to login and upload to me images and a small amount of information.

    Also if possible a section for clients to type in there reference number and pay online.

    The design will need to be more simple and informative but I need a designers flare to set me above my competition.

    I also require a logo but am undecided if i should out source this as well or create one my self. If you feel you can give me a good one PM for the details and ill look at your designs.

    If you think you fit the bill please PM me.

    Please no '0 iTrader' members and please provide a rough estimate of your costs. I am not going to pay silly money.
