Need site cloned - should be easy.

I need a cloen of this site - http://www.tube-surfer.net/ - ASAP, only 2 pages of coding as far as I see. I have about $50 to spend and would like people to give me offers, i'll take the one who can complete the project fastest, make it very similar to that site and costs less.

I was wondering why your example goes up by 3 views at a time?

 

This can be changed, i set it to 3 as the script loads 3 videos at a time which counts as 3 video views 1 for each video, but if you like i can change it.
