Buying Need simply cleanup of logo

    I need the attached logo/banner cleaned up so it looks crisp at any size. Need fast, need cheap. I could use it sized as a 728x90 as well. If you're ambitious and want to try adding some color or anything else that might help this wounded warrior grow his organization please feel free.
