Buying Need simple wordpress theme

    I need a simple wordpress theme based on http://tinyurl.com/d28kmh8

    You need to keep the header with menu and keep the bottom part where the price and download button is. In the middle part you need to put in the wordpress post or page text.

    No sidebar needed, this is a simple theme. I expect a good price for this simple theme and will have a lot more work if I am happy with you.

    I can do this in a premium framework that is very flexible. Not sure what you would consider as a 'good price'. I can put up a demo for you to see if we can agree on a price.
