NEED simple wordpress theme coded

    i need a simple wordpress theme coded
    requirements in this theme :
    --> 4 columns dynamic theme
    --> include youtube videos thumbnails next to post excerpt in the index
    --> widget ready theme of course
    --> i dont need any images or backgrounds there, just a simple white theme

    column 1 to put my ads and links
    column 2 to put posts from NEWS category
    column 3 will contain posts exceprts and video thumbnails (except posts coming from Featured category and NEWS category)
    column 4 will contain ONLY FEATURED category posts exceprts (with video thumbnails)
