Buying Need Simple Wordpress Plugin Development

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a simple plugin, I don't know if its possible but I need a plugin that let me set a sticky post INSIDE the Dashboard -> Posts of my Wordpress.

I don't mean the default Sticky feature that Wordpress has, it works to stick the post in the public domain.. but for a little project I have, I needs that everytime I login to admin panel and go to Dashboard -> Posts, I always need to have a sticked posts in front of the list and never moved from there till I unstick it.

I hope that my explaination is clear.

As I believe this is pretty simple work, I offer $10 (or let me know your offer but I will not pay much more).

As I have lot of iTrader I believe I have some trust, so then you agree to be paid after plugin testing, if it works, you get paid, if you make it working and develop it quickly, I will give you a little bonus,
if it doesn't work, I will wait till you fix it for a couple of days maximun, if there is no way to make it working... peace, no plugin, no money.

2) Admin Show Sticky

Adds a new column to the posts table in the admin to display if a post is sticky or not.

Determining what posts are sticky or not should be easier than editing each post or comparing a list of posts displayed on your site to the list in the Edit Posts table in the admin. This plugin will add a new column titled Sticky and place a check mark in this column if the post is Sticky.

 

Not exactly what I need but probably the first one could work.

Tested Sticky Manager, It could work but I need that the Post is still clickble to go to the post editor, maybe a little modification could work, anyone is able?
