Hi, I'm looking for someone to do a simple script for a site that sells only one item. These are the three parts that I require: (1) Member Registration Customer Name (compulsory field) Customer Address (compulsory field) Customer Email address (compulsory field) Contact No (optional field) (2) Customer's Account Management (this is for member to change their personnel information) Member ID (This field is assigned when member first register. This field cannot be changed.) Customer Name Customer Address Customer Email address Customer Contact No (3) Ordering form Customer Name (compulsory field) Customer ID (If customer ID is keyed in, then the address, contact no and email field should be auto populated) Address Quantity ordered (compulsory field) Contact No (compulsory field) Email address (compulsory field) Amount (Auto calculated field, based on quantity field. There will be a standard price.) Sumbit and Reset Button required When submit button is click, a unique reference no. should be generated, with email send to the person ordering and to me.
