Buying Need Simple Script for Assigning Projects and Tracking the Projects

    Need a simple script done where I create categories of Projects.

    Users go to main page of the site and click a project

    They have to enter their login and password to access a particular project

    Each project has many differing work pages

    User enters in their work into a work page

    That page is temporarily LOCKED until I have a chance to APPROVE or REJECT IT

    If approved, the user gets CREDIT

    If rejected, the work page is UNLOCKED and other users can enter their work into it

    System must allow me to track HOW MUCH CREDITS a USER HAS and enable me to mark the credits PAID

    There should also be an ACCOUNTING system so the user can track their earnings.
