Hello everyone. I have a simple task. Currently on my Joomla website, I have a page that has a contact form on it that sends responses to an email address. This original form was created in ChronoForms. Complete access to the backend will be given. I need this form to be duplicated with a few small changes and put on a seperate Joomla page which you will create. This is a simple task that I need done quickly and cheaply.
