Need simple counter software

I'm trying to keep count of backlinks created each day. I need a simple software that I can use to keep track of these as I create them. Just a manual counter.

I have trying to find one for the last one hour without success. Any suggestion?

No it's not the one i'm looking. I want a software which can help keep count. That's all. You know, like you keep count on fingers.... I want to do that digitally.
