need simple coding

    I want you to code a form like payperpost.com uses. If you want an example you can find on tyler's blog here : http://www.tylercruz.com/ on the left side "Hire me". I want just like there.

    re-opened. i need again the script because Indian_Webmaster copied the script from payperpost and modified it for me and it's loading very slow in ie.
    make sure you msg me only if you can do this script(and make it load normal in all the browsers) not copying from other sites.
